授業の目的と概要
Discussions will be held in the form of student-led seminars on the latest research topics, as well as on the latest domestic and international academic papers and publications in the research field.
授業の到達目標
Students will cultivate scientific and logical thinking and acquire specialized knowledge in the research field.
授業計画
【全体】
Protected horticulture is an agricultural production system that aims to improve the yield and quality of horticultural crops by controlling the environment in a greenhouse. In this lecture, to understand the characteristics and issues of protected horticulture, the cultivation system and technologies such as environmental control and hydroponics are reviewed in relation to the basic knowledge of environmental response of plants and various phenomena related to environment. The seminar will be conducted in a small-group. Introduction of the latest academic papers, reading of technical books, and discussion. In addition, students and lecturers will discuss their research results.
