授業の目的と概要

The aim of this course is to help students acquire an understanding of the fundamental and advanced knowledges of the function and biotechnological application of industrial microorganisms, especially metabolic pathway and enzymes, and production of valuable compounds.

At the end of the course, participants are expected to explain the application of microorganisms in industrial fields.
