授業の目的と概要
This seminar course decided into three parts.
The first one is to remind your basic knowledge on chemistry which you have already learned in your high school time. The second one is to learn how to read and understand a textbook written in English. Several class in our department will use English textbooks and this class will be useful to enhance your efficiency of future learning. The last one is a seminar classes for looking back your Chemistry 1 course that is performed in the same semestar. You will also have a mini quiz for English vocabulary in moodle system.
授業の到達目標
To facilitate a smooth transition from high school to university, students will acquire the necessary skills for academic studies and campus life, while developing fundamental abilities to think, judge, express, act, and speak independently.
授業計画
【全体】
We basically teach the course in the following plan but may cause some change due to the conditions beyond our control. A guidance of the course will be held at the first class and we expect all of students will attend it.
