授業の目的と概要
We will look at the relationship between local communities and welfare, addressing the issue of welfare for the elderly. The "crisis of aging" is trumpeted every day in the mass media. What changes will aging bring to our society? In this lecture, we will highlight the current situation of the elderly and the changes in Japanese welfare policies for the elderly, and discuss what kind of super-aging society we are aiming for in the future. In doing so, we will focus on the changing role of the local community and consider the ideal form of a new community. In order to use the gender perspective as an effective tool for analysis, there will also be an in-depth lecture on gender concepts. * Depending on the situation, the format of classes and exams may be changed.
