[General Information] Since credit handling differs depending on the year of enrollment, please thoroughly check the credit handling procedures in the Academic Guide for your year of enrollment. If credit handling regulations are specified in the Guide, credit recognition and grade evaluation will be conducted according to the following rules within the scope of those regulations.
Regarding Credit Hours One credit in university lectures and seminars requires 45 hours of study (3 hours per week × 15 weeks). In the case of seminars and practical training, for each credit, in addition to 2 hours of practical training per week at the university, 1 hour per week of self-study for preparation and review is required (3 hours per week = 2 hours of practical training + 1 hour of self-study).
For company internships, credit will be determined as follows based on the above credit-study hour relationship: Approximately 30 hours of practical training at a company will be awarded 1 credit. Self-study time is considered to be fulfilled through the preparation of reports. The guidelines for internship duration and credits for this course are as follows:
For 1 week: 8 hours × 5 days = 40 hours → 1 credit For 2 weeks: 8 hours × 10 days = 80 hours → 2 credits
After completing the internship at the company, submit the following documents:
Internship Report Internship Practice Journal Internship Evaluation Form
*Please note that after completing the internship, in addition to the above, you will be separately required to submit: 1) the internship recruitment guidelines (the guidelines issued by the company at the time of application, which should be posted on their website, etc.), 2) an internship completion report from the company, and 3) official documents issued by the company to the administrative office. You must also submit reports in accordance with university formats. Submissions cannot be accepted without these documents. Please confirm this when applying. Additional materials may be requested, so please check with the student affairs office.
Grade Evaluation: Grades will be evaluated by scoring the above submitted reports. (If there are internship reports submitted to the university from the host company, these will also be included in the grade evaluation.)
[By Assessment Category] Homework/Out-of-class reports: 20%, Class attitude/Participation: 80%
