授業の目的と概要
This is a level 3 course. If your best TOEIC L&R score is below 700, you should not take this course. This course is similar in difficulty to a regular content course taught in a foreign country.

In this course students will explore the skies through both teacher and student-led discussions, as a means of improving communication skills. This course will lead students to cultivate a multicultural understanding based on the skies, as well as fostering multicultural communication skills.
授業の到達目標
Students will learn about the natural environment, including the names of things they see in their environment, so that they understand what it is and can discuss it in English.
授業計画
【全体】
Each week we will discuss the stars and planets in the night sky and their impact on different cultures.
One night, weather permitting, we will gather and use telescopes to identify stars, constellations, planets, and other objects in the sky.
This course will be conducted according to the syllabus, but the period of one week or more may be changed if weather conditions create an opportunity for sky observation.
