授業の目的と概要
In this class characteristics and functions of advertising will be analyzed from various points of view.
授業の到達目標
Diverse challenges are emerging across various scales and regions, from local communities to the international stage. To engage actively with these social issues, one must possess broad knowledge across science, technology, culture, and society. Furthermore, the practical ability to integrate this knowledge, collaborate with individuals from diverse cultural and ideological backgrounds, and identify and solve appropriate problems is essential.
The purpose of this course is to provide students with foundational knowledge and frameworks related to philosophy, culture, politics, and economics. Simultaneously, it aims to foster spontaneous inquiry and critical thinking regarding the various issues involving individuals and society, establishing a practical foundation for active engagement in problem-solving.

After learning about historical, organizational and functional features of advertising the participants will analyze the impact of advertising by example of selected products and services.
