メディア授業とは,メディアを利用して遠隔方式により実施する授業の授業時数が,総授業時数の半数を超える授業をいいます。 メディア授業により取得した単位は,卒業要件として修得すべき単位のうち60単位を超えないものとされています。

This course focuses on the process of environmental sustainability, which is maintained by the relation between environment and the community of life on earth. Furthermore, we discuss the decline of environmental sustainability caused by much consumption of fossil fuels as energy resources, and we suggest the method of sustainable acquisition of energy and the protection of global environment elucidating the issues.

We have a lot of issues related to regional and international society. We have to learn interdisciplinary knowledge (culture, society, science, technology etc...) and skills which can take advantage of these knowledge for practical use to solve these issues. We learn the basic science and technology, and grow the thinking of an awareness of the issues to try to solve by the practical use of them.

This course is composed of lectures and experiments. We’ll learn about the mechanism of the ecosystem based on a food chain. Then, we’ll investigate the distribution of animals and plants in the campus. After that, we’ll plan to make “The small earth” (The closed environment which can circulate necessary substances like ecosystem) by a plastic bottle and realize it.
