授業の目的と概要

This class is open to students who are already enrolled in dissertation supervision which focuses on basic academic writing. For academic research, literature reviews are fundamental. However, newer data are also needed when you try to start a new theme of study.

この授業は基礎的な論文指導の既学者を対象としている。学術研究では先行研究が必須ではある。しかしながら、新しいテーマで研究を行うとき、新たなデータもまた必要である。

Read enough literature related to the master's thesis.

Then, before you try your fieldwork, this class introduces some simulation cases which will be useful to your research in Japan. These simulation cases are related to typical tourism studies mainly; however, these cases are also applicable to other social studies in Japan.

上記のように、フィールドワークを行う前に、この授業では日本での調査を行うために役立ついくつかのシミュレーションを紹介する。これらのシミュレーションは主に観光研究の事例を用いるが、日本における他の社会科学の分野でも応用が可能である。
