メディア授業とは,メディアを利用して遠隔方式により実施する授業の授業時数が,総授業時数の半数を超える授業をいいます。 メディア授業により取得した単位は,卒業要件として修得すべき単位のうち60単位を超えないものとされています。

★Overview : Public finance refers to the actions of the government in acquiring necessary revenue (taxes and public bonds), managing it (budget and policies), and spending it (expenditures) to fulfill public needs. In this course, we will study how the government raises funds, how it manages them, and what the revenue is spent on.
★Objectives : To acquire knowledge of public finance and deeply consider the role of the government.

★Class Learning Goals : ・To learn the fundamental theories of public finance. ・To enable each participant to structurally understand their country's fiscal situation, fiscal system, and social issues using the knowledge gained in class. ・To develop the ability to propose solutions to social issues.

★Class Plan :
・We will study following one or multiple texts. ・In the first class, we will assign chapters to each participant. ・Each participant is required to summarize the content of their assigned chapter into a handout and present it. ・After the presentation, all participants will engage in a discussion, so it is essential to prepare and review not only your assigned section but also other parts. ・The course will proceed as follows:
Presentation by the assigned participant → Additional explanation by the instructor → Discussion
