授業の目的と概要
Through reading papers on syntax, presenting their contents, and engaging in class discussions, students will learn how to construct more refined syntactic arguments and will acquire practical knowledge of academic writing and research ethics.
授業の到達目標
Students will acquire the ability to communicate research findings in written and oral forms in accordance with research ethics.

Students will develop practical abilities, in accordance with research ethics, to write effective academic papers in their field of specialization and to present their research findings orally.

 		Course overview; formation of groups and assignment of presenters; guidelines for presentations; presentations of the spring-break assignment (summary of previous studies). Preparation for presenting a summary of the paper read during the summer break.
