By designing their own career path after completing graduate school, students will be able to begin researching companies and industries before starting job-hunting activities. By experiencing vicariously the career formation process of alumni, students will establish their views on work and employment before entering the workforce. (1) Students will understand the career paths and career formation processes of alumni who have given lectures, as well as understand their diversity. (2) Students will be able to explain to others their envisioned future self 5 or 10 years after entering society. (3) Students will actively participate in job information sessions and lectures by graduates of this program when held, and understand companies' initiatives and the qualities required as corporate researchers. (4) Students will design their own career path, consider and organize what they already possess and what they lack for realizing that path, and be able to present these results.
