授業の目的と概要
This lecture is conducted in English for the students in the Joint Degree Program whose home university is Kasetsart University. This lecture introduce research results analyzed using the latest methods on agricultural sciences. Students focus on not only research results but also techniques and principles used for research and deepen understanding about new analytical methods. Specifically, students learn about 'plant monitoring', 'pest management', 'plant breeding', 'plant environmental response', and 'crop growth and yield' etc. Students summarize the content of the lectures and submit a report in order to deepen understanding.
授業の到達目標
1. Students will be able to understand and accurately explain research results in the field of agricultural sciences obtained through the latest analytical methods.
2. Students will be able to explain the principles and characteristics of key research techniques, specifically in areas such as plant monitoring, pest management, plant breeding, plant environmental response, and crop growth and yield analysis.
3. Students will be able to describe the practical applications of new analytical methods within the context of modern agricultural research.
4. Students will be able to effectively summarize and analyze lecture content and compile their findings into a logically structured report.

【全体】
Five lecturers provide 15 lectures in total. Each lecturer will give three lectures. The title of each lecture is [1] Plant monitoring [2] Insect ecology and pest management [3] Plant breeding [4] Environmental Response of Plant [5]Crop growth and yield. Students are asked to submit writing assignments to each title of the lectures.
