授業の目的と概要

Fruits and vegetables are essential to our diet as sources of vitamins, minerals, functional ingredients, etc. In this lecture, to understand the fertilization mechanism of fruit trees, I will explain widely from the basics to application about the self-incompatibility, fruit components and biochemistry, and fruit cultivation.
授業の到達目標
・Understand current issues in the field of pomology
・Be able to logically express one's own opinions on each of the areas covered in class
・Expand interest and raise awareness of issues related to pomology
・To be able to think independently about issues of horticultural production in daily life
