授業の目的と概要
In order to understand the theory and practice of the insect ecology, the recent works of them are explained from the various aspects; from individual level to population level. For the insect ecology, to understand the scientific names of insects, International Code of Zoological Nomenclatures is explained. And to understand the sustainable utilization of the biodiversity, the environmental conservation is explained.

Understand the current status and issues of nomenclature and environmental conservation.

【全体】
The course will first explain the outline of insect ecology, and after that two major topics "pest management" and "biodiversity" will be explained.
