メディア授業
×
メディア授業とは,メディアを利用して遠隔方式により実施する授業の授業時数が,総授業時数の半数を超える授業をいいます。
メディア授業により取得した単位は,卒業要件として修得すべき単位のうち60単位を超えないものとされています。
授業の目的と概要
About MEMS (Micro electro mechanical systems) devices such as a microsensor and microactuator, a device copied from the living body and a micro mechanical device used for medical care, the examples of past research and development are introduced. Various micro/nanofabrication technology based on physics and chemistry to realize them are explained.
授業の到達目標
1. They can explain important physical and chemical phenomena and model in micromachining.
2. They can explain an applied method of physicochemical processing and the affinity with materials.
3. They can image the processing phenomenon at the atomic scale.
4. They can explain the function of the device.
5. They can point out problems of each machining technique.
6. They can suggest a new micromachining process.
7. They can suggest brief MEMS device plan.

【全体】
An example and the micro/nanofabrication technology of the device, physics and chemistry becoming basic of the operation principle and processing principle are explained, and discussion about them are performed every time.
