After reading the job description (JD) provided by the internship host company and going through the matching interview with the host company, students will participate in the internship. Through pre-internship learning, internship experience, and post-internship learning, the program aims to cultivate transferable skills (*) and other skills that are necessary when actually working in society.
* Transferable skills refer to skills that can be transferred and applied when transferring to a different workplace or changing jobs. Transferable skills can be broadly classified into three categories: "problem-solving skills," which involve grasping issues from a variety of information and formulating and implementing work arrangements; "self-skills," which involve proactively addressing issues and controlling oneself in order to achieve results; and team communication and negotiation skills, which involve building the human relations necessary to achieve results at work. The three skills are "interpersonal skills," which are used to build interpersonal relationships to achieve results at work, such as communication and negotiation skills in a team.

Students will read the Job Description (JD) provided by the company or other internship host, and participate in the internship through matching interviews and other processes. In advance of the internship, students learn the basics of intellectual property protection, the need for and importance of confidentiality, and business etiquette. The content of the internship varies depending on the JD internship site. Post-study includes preparation and presentation of an internship experience presentation based on content that does not conflict with confidential information. The presentation and matching of JDs will be conducted through the mechanism of the Council for Promotion of Job-Based Research Internships.
