授業の目的と概要
Students of this course will review human mobility and Japan’s tourism policy mainly. It includes a history of Japan’s international relations by the central government, local globalization by authorities and tourism in the private sectors. Students will learn some practical situations, diversifying urban and rural, which exemplifies much of Japan.

この授業の受講者は主に人的移動と日本の観光政策ついて考察する。内容として日本の国際関係の変遷、自治体による地方の国際化、民間による観光が含まれる。受講生は日本各地の都市や農村で多様化が見られる諸事例について学べるだろう。
授業の到達目標
This class covers everything from basic learning to advanced-level research, but students who have already studied topics such as immigration, studying abroad, and tourism are especially welcome. The objectives of this class are: 1) to learn basic concepts from the texts, and 2) for each student to conduct individual research.

この授業では基礎的な学習から高度なレベルの研究まで行うが、移民、留学、観光などについてすでに学んできた学生を特に歓迎する。この授業の目的は、１）テキストから基礎的なコンセプトを学ぶ、２）学生各自が個別に調査する、という２点である。
授業計画
【全体】
Students can learn about some case studies which are related to the textbook. In addition, students will write the final report for further understanding. This schedule is up to COVID-19.

受講生はテキストに関するいくつかのケース・スタディについて学べる。さらに、受講生は理解を深めるために期末レポートを執筆する。なお、新型コロナウイルスの状況によってはスケジュール変更もあり得る。
