授業の目的と概要
The mission of researchers is the search for truth and contribution to the public welfare and benefit. Researchers must not pursue only their personal interests in any academic field, but must constantly check their own positions and must not deviate from the morals of a researcher in order to respond to the demands of society. This course is designed to teach the researcher ethics and code of conduct necessary as a general training for a researcher.

Recognizing the responsible conduct of research and research misconduct and learning sense and faculty of research ethics.
授業計画
【全体】
The course will be structured to deepen ethical understanding and judgment by showing specific acts of responsible research conduct and misconduct in research activities.

第1回 Research Conduct and Misconduct Consider misconduct in research activities. One hour for preparation and one hour for review according to the lesson plan.
第2回 What is responsible research conduct? Learn the rules for conducting research. One hour for preparation and one hour for review according to the lesson plan.
第3回 What is misconduct in research? Learn the definition of fraud and how to respond to fraud. One hour for preparation and one hour for review according to the lesson plan.
第4回 plagiarism Learn the definition of plagiarism and how to properly cite. One hour for preparation and one hour for review according to the lesson plan.
第5回 Handling of Research Data Learn the definition of data and its handling. One hour for preparation and one hour for review according to the lesson plan.
第6回 Authorship/Conflict of Interest Learn about authorship standards, responsibilities as an author of a paper, and conflicts of interest. One hour for preparation and one hour for review according to the lesson plan.
第7回 Security Trade Control (Export Control), Social Responsibility of Researchers, and Dissemination of Information to Society Learn about security trade control (export control), appropriate use of public research funds, information dissemination to society, etc. One hour for preparation and one hour for review according to the lesson plan.
第8回 Responsible Research Conduct Review and summarize the entire lecture. One hour for preparation and one hour for review according to the lesson plan.
