授業の目的と概要
Detection of infectious agents from biological material is performed using genetic diagnostics, quantitative PCR, and immunohistological methods to evaluate immune function in animals, focusing on its relationship to nutrient metabolism, while simultaneously isolating and identifying the infectious agent.
授業の到達目標
To master experimental techniques related to nutritional metabolism and veterinary hygiene.
To conduct experiments on nutritional metabolism and veterinary hygiene while considering their underlying principles.
To develop an interest in understanding nutritional metabolism and veterinary hygiene, and a willingness to apply this knowledge to one's own research.
To think independently about how to advance one's own research and to attempt to apply knowledge from other fields, including this course.
To apply the acquired experimental techniques to one's own research objectives.
