In this laboratory course, students will acquire research methodologies related to minimally invasive surgery and regenerative medicine. Through biomarker assessment of surgical invasiveness, image analysis, evaluation of regenerative medicine–related samples, and statistical analysis of collected data, students will learn the entire research process, from study design and data acquisition to data analysis and interpretation. The course also aims to develop the skills necessary to critically evaluate scientific findings and to communicate research outcomes through publication in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
