授業の目的と概要
Participants will view the job description (JD) provided by the internship host company, and participate in a matching interview with the host company before participating in the internship. Through pre-study, internship experience, and post-study, participants will aim to develop various skills necessary for actual work in society, such as transferable skills*.

*Transferable skills: A term referring to skills that can be adapted and used when you are transferred to a different workplace or change jobs. Transferable skills can be broadly divided into three types: "problem-solving skills" for identifying issues from a variety of information and organizing and executing work procedures, "self-solving skills" for independently tackling issues and controlling yourself to achieve results, and "interpersonal skills" for building relationships that will help you achieve results at work, such as communication and negotiation skills in a team.
授業の到達目標
Through pre-internship, internship, and post-internship learning, the program aims to cultivate transferable skills and other skills required for actual work in society, as well as to provide an opportunity to consider one's own career path through work experience.
