授業の目的と概要
In this lecture, product development, production planning, material procurement, work management, conduct a lecture on the entire operation of business activities from the perspective of project management and logistics management.
授業の到達目標
Understand the core processes for the continuous development of the manufacturing industry, ensuring the development and mass production of products that respond swiftly to market needs while meeting constraints on quality, cost, and delivery.

Specifically, students will learn how to formulate product strategies based on technological trends and societal shifts and develop technology roadmaps. They will also understand the mechanisms and best practices of operations management in manufacturing sites and acquire various management techniques. Additionally, they will gain knowledge of standardized project management frameworks.
授業計画
【全体】
I will lecture about individual issues of production management.
(Work management, process management, production planning and procurement methods and subcontract management, inventory generating mechanism, cost management, quality management, facilities management and technician training and logistics)

In addition, I will lecture on body of knowledge of project management that have been generalized.
(Scope planning, cost planning, schedule planning, quality planning, sequence change management)
