授業の目的と概要
International IP Law system and IP Legal knowledge, which support Open IP Strategy and IP transaction arrangement that exploit intellectual property (IP) and intellectual property rights (IPR) as a source of competitiveness in market, should be introduced in this class. Especially, this class will introduce a basic knowledge on International IP Law system and IP Legal knowledge which supports R&D and IPR, Know-how /Trade Secrets management, Licensing strategy, IP transaction/standardization and Competition Law compliance, and other IP transaction arrangement strategies.
授業の到達目標
To take an active interest in and deepen knowledge of global intellectual property law issues. Also, to participate in international intellectual property legal discussions and develop the skills to logically express your opinions.
授業計画
【全体】
International IP Legal knowledge and practice supporting Open IP Strategy and IP transaction arrangements will be explained in this class, and consequently case study exercises are to be conducted. Students will exercise with model arrangement cases and find their own conclusions.
