メディア授業とは，メディアを利用して遠隔方式により実施する授業の授業時数が，総授業時数の半数を超える授業をいいます。
メディア授業により取得した単位は，卒業要件として修得すべき単位のうち60単位を超えないものとされています。

International IP Law system, which exploits intellectual property (IP) and intellectual property rights (IPR) as a source of competitiveness in market, is to be explained in this class especially from a perspective of the details of International IP Law, Japan and foreign IP Laws and Open&Close IP Management/IP transaction arrangement. This class will introduce outline of International IP Law related to R&D and IPR, Know-how /Trade Secrets management, Licensing strategy, IP standardization and Competition Law compliance, and IP risk management on IPR disputes.
